By accessing or using the TechVault website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To make a purchase or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to display product information accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, prices, or other content are accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at that price.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. TechVault is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in original, unused condition with all packaging. Some items (software, opened consumables) are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

7. Warranties

Products sold on TechVault are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. TechVault does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Our extended warranty plans are governed by separate terms provided at purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TechVault or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
